Are you a rule breaker?

Your initial response to this question is informative.

‘Hell yeah! Rules are meant to be broken.’ Cue adrenaline.

Or ‘No way! I couldn’t possibly.’ Cue anxiety.

Perhaps you’re a little bit country and a little bit rock’n’roll and sit somewhere in between.

Any form of change necessitates a breaking of rules for our rules have created what’s showing up now.

External rules are easy to see. Our inner ones, not so much.

They’ve become ‘who we are’.

To let go of the rules is to let go of ourselves.

The tricky part?

To not let go is to hold onto who we’re not.

We’re not our fears. We’re not our limitations. They’re simply part of the illusion we’ve unwittingly brought into.

While it’s hard to let go it’s also hard to hold on. Choose your hard.

Until the unseen becomes seen nothing can change.

Experiencing resistance to something? Look at your rules. They’re really powerful!
