What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

It’s a powerful question.  The answers are revealing.

Fear is an interesting bedfellow. It speaks to our insecurity.

It lulls us into a sense of woundedness and victimhood. It robs us of our true power.

Yet fear can’t take anything from us we’re not willing to give.

It finds it hard to look us in the eye. Its very existence relies on stealth.

Awareness is the light to its darkness – what becomes seen can no longer control.

Therein lies the freedom.

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

Write it down.

The power of choice has just become yours.
